Injectable testosterone ester, similar profile to Cypionate

DESCRIPTION

Testosterone Enanthate is another long-acting esterified testosterone very similar to Cypionate. It has a slightly shorter half-life (approximately 4-5 days vs 8 days for Cypionate) but the difference is minimal in practice. More common outside the United States. Used interchangeably with Cypionate.

DETAILED NOTES

Injection (IM)

Essentially interchangeable with Testosterone Cypionate. Same injection technique - IM into thigh or glute. Some prefer slightly more frequent dosing (every 5-7 days) due to marginally shorter half-life, but weekly works well.

Injection (SubQ)

SubQ administration works the same as with Cypionate. Into belly or thigh fat with small needle. Splitting into 2x weekly gives very stable levels with minimal fluctuation.
